Season Overview
In the 2004-05 Belgian First Division season, Anderlecht finished second, three points behind champions Club Brugge. The team competed in the Champions League group stage, where they lost all six matches. Hugo Broos managed the team until February 2005, when he was replaced by Franky Vercauteren.
