Season Overview
The 1994-1995 season saw Bolton Wanderers compete in the Football League First Division, where they achieved promotion to the Premier League through the play-offs. They also reached the League Cup final during this memorable campaign under manager Bruce Rioch. For the 1995-1996 season, Bolton Wanderers played in the FA Premier League, their first time in the top flight in 15 years.
