Season Overview
The 1993-94 season saw Bayern Munich clinch the Bundesliga title. The club was managed by Erich Ribbeck until Franz Beckenbauer took over in late December 1993 and saw them to their championship victory. In the 1994-95 season, with Giovanni Trapattoni as manager, Bayern finished sixth in the league and reached the semi-finals of the Champions League.
