Season Overview
The 1994-95 season was a tale of two halves for Everton, starting disastrously under manager Mike Walker before Joe Royle took charge in November. Royle orchestrated a remarkable turnaround, guiding the team away from relegation to a 15th place finish in the Premier League. The season culminated in glory at Wembley, as Everton beat Manchester United 1-0 to win the FA Cup.
Key Players
Goalkeeping legend Neville Southall was a constant presence, providing crucial saves throughout the campaign. The squad also featured the defensive strength of Dave Watson and David Unsworth, while Paul Rideout scored the winning goal in the FA Cup final. The arrival of Duncan Ferguson proved pivotal in the club's revival under Joe Royle.
