Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Perth, Western Australia.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You will get tracking by email as soon as your parcel is lodged.

Delivery estimates

These run from the day your order is dispatched. They are estimates from our carrier, not guarantees, and they do not include time held in customs.

• Perth and Western Australia — 3 to 6 business days
• Rest of Australia — 4 to 8 business days
• International — 6 to 12 business days

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. You will see the exact cost before you pay. There are no handling fees or surcharges added later.

Pre-order items

A small number of items are made to order and are marked as pre-order on the product page. These take longer than the times above, and the expected wait is stated on the product itself.

International orders, duties and taxes

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are not included in the price and are not collected by us. If your country charges them they are your responsibility and are usually payable before delivery. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Click and collect

You can collect from our Perth store. We will email you when your order is ready, which usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Bring your confirmation email with you.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, email us with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
