Season Overview
The 2004-2006 period saw the France national team navigate through significant tournaments. In 2004, under manager Jacques Santini, France competed in UEFA Euro 2004, where they reached the quarter-finals before being eliminated by Greece. Following this, Raymond Domenech took over as manager in July 2004. Under Domenech's leadership, France successfully qualified for the 2006 FIFA World Cup, where they embarked on a memorable campaign, ultimately reaching the final of the tournament.
