Season Overview
The 2012-13 season saw Juventus secure their second consecutive Serie A title, finishing comfortably at the top of the table. The club also won the Supercoppa Italiana at the start of the campaign. In their return to the UEFA Champions League, the team went undefeated through the group stage before being eliminated in the quarter-finals by Bayern Munich. The club's Coppa Italia run ended at the semi-final stage.
Key Players
Under the management of Antonio Conte, the team was built around a formidable defence led by Gianluigi Buffon, Leonardo Bonucci, Andrea Barzagli, and Giorgio Chiellini. The midfield was orchestrated by Andrea Pirlo, alongside Arturo Vidal and Claudio Marchisio, with a young Paul Pogba also joining the squad.
