Season Overview
The 2013-14 season saw Swansea City compete in the Premier League, finishing in 12th position. Michael Laudrup began the campaign as manager, with Garry Monk taking over mid-season. The club also participated in the FA Cup, reaching the Fifth Round, and the League Cup, where they exited in the Third Round. Additionally, Swansea City made their first European appearance since the early 90s, reaching the Round of 32 in the UEFA Europa League.

Key players for the Swans that season included striker Wilfried Bony, who was the club's top goalscorer, and midfielder Jonjo Shelvey. Both players were significant acquisitions for the club that summer. The home kit for this period was supplied by Adidas.
