Season Overview

The 1998-99 season was the most successful in Manchester United's history, as they became the first English club to win the "Treble" - the Premier League, FA Cup, and UEFA Champions League. Under the management of Alex Ferguson, the team secured the Premier League title with 79 points and triumphed in a dramatic Champions League final against Bayern Munich, scoring two goals in injury time.

The squad featured a wealth of talent, including David Beckham, renowned for his set-piece delivery, and the formidable midfield presence of Roy Keane and Paul Scholes. The attack was led by the prolific partnership of Dwight Yorke and Andy Cole, with Teddy Sheringham and Ole Gunnar Solskjær providing crucial goals from the bench.
