Season Overview

The 2012-2013 season saw South China FC compete in the Hong Kong First Division League, the Senior Challenge Shield, and the FA Cup. Under head coach Liu Chun Fai, the club successfully won the Hong Kong First Division League title. They also reached the semi-finals in both the Senior Challenge Shield and the FA Cup competitions.

Key Players

Key players for South China during this vintage football shirt season included Itaparica, who was the club's top goalscorer. Defender Chan Wai Ho and Joel were also significant members of the squad, having signed new contracts for the season. Sean Tse joined the club from Manchester City, adding to the team's defensive options. Other notable players included Dhiego Martins and Lee Hong Lim.
