Season Overview

Under new manager Graham Arnold, Sydney FC had a very strong 2014-15 season, finishing second in the A-League regular season and making it to the Grand Final. They also reached the quarter-finals of the FFA Cup in their first appearance in the tournament. The team was known for its potent attack, which led them on a remarkable unbeaten run away from home for the entire season.

Key Players

The squad was led by captain Alex Brosque and featured Austrian marquee striker Marc Janko, who won the Golden Boot with 16 goals. Other key contributors included Shane Smeltz, Bernie Ibini, and Serbian midfielder Miloš Dimitrijević.
