Season Overview
Under manager Harry Redknapp, West Ham secured a solid 9th place Premier League finish in the 1999-2000 season, a campaign highlighted by winning the UEFA Intertoto Cup. The following 2000-01 season was more challenging, with the team finishing 15th in the league and Redknapp departing just before the season's end. The FA Cup run in 2000-01 was a high point, reaching the quarter-finals before being knocked out by Tottenham Hotspur.
