Season Overview
Juventus competed in Serie A during the 2005-06 season, initially finishing first and winning the Scudetto. However, due to the Calciopoli scandal, the title was later stripped, and the club was relegated to Serie B, finishing 20th in the revised table. Under manager Fabio Capello, Juventus also reached the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia and the UEFA Champions League, and were runners-up in the Supercoppa Italiana.
Key Players
The squad featured key players such as Alessandro Del Piero, who wore the number 10 shirt, and David Trezeguet, the top goalscorer that season. Other prominent figures included Gianluigi Buffon, Pavel Nedvěd, and Zlatan Ibrahimović. The shirts were manufactured by Nike and sponsored by Tamoil.
