Season Overview
During the 2000-2001 season, Parma finished 4th in Serie A, securing qualification for the UEFA Champions League. The club also had a strong run in the Coppa Italia, reaching the final before finishing as runners-up to Fiorentina. In European competition, Parma progressed to the Fourth Round of the UEFA Cup.
