Season Overview
Southampton competed in the FA Premier League during the 1993-95 period. The 1993-94 season saw the Saints finish 18th in the league. Manager Ian Branfoot was replaced by Alan Ball in January 1994. Under Alan Ball, the team achieved a significantly improved 10th place finish in the 1994-95 Premier League season.
Key Players
Matt Le Tissier was the club's top goalscorer in both seasons, netting 25 league goals in 1993-94 and 19 league goals in 1994-95. Other key players in the squad included Jim Magilton and Jeff Kenna. This home shirt was manufactured by Pony and featured Dimplex as the main sponsor.
