Season Overview
The 2013-14 season marked the end of a nine-year trophy drought for Arsenal as they won the FA Cup. In a dramatic final at Wembley, they came from two goals down to defeat Hull City 3-2 after extra time. The club spent more time at the top of the Premier League table than any other side but ultimately finished in 4th position. In other competitions, Arsenal reached the Round of 16 in the UEFA Champions League and the fourth round of the League Cup.
Key Players
Managed by Arsène Wenger, the side featured a number of key players including top goalscorer Olivier Giroud, who netted 22 times in all competitions. The squad also included Per Mertesacker, who made the most appearances for the club during the season, alongside the likes of Aaron Ramsey, Mesut Özil, Santi Cazorla, and Laurent Koscielny.
