Season Overview

The 2012 season saw FC Dallas finish with a record of 9 wins, 13 losses, and 12 ties, earning 39 points in Major League Soccer. Under the guidance of head coach Schellas Hyndman, the club finished sixth in the Western Conference. This marked the first time since 2009 that FC Dallas did not qualify for the MLS playoffs.

Key Players

Notable players for FC Dallas during the 2012 campaign included Panamanian forward Blas Pérez, who led the attack, and the dynamic Fabián Castillo. Midfield presence was provided by Brek Shea and the returning David Ferreira. Veteran goalkeeper Kevin Hartman was also a key figure for the team.
