Season Overview

During the 2007-08 season, the Honduras national football team was under the management of Reinaldo Rueda, who took charge in 2007. In 2007, Honduras participated in the Copa Centroamericana, where they secured a third-place finish. They also competed in the CONCACAF Gold Cup, reaching the quarter-finals of the tournament. The 2008 period saw Honduras begin their qualification campaign for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
