Season Overview

The 2012-13 season marked Stoke City's fifth consecutive campaign in the Premier League, celebrating their 150th year in existence. Under manager Tony Pulis, the Potters finished in 13th position in the Premier League with 42 points. In domestic cup competitions, Stoke City exited the League Cup in the Second Round after a defeat to Swindon Town. Their FA Cup journey concluded in the Fourth Round, where they were eliminated by Manchester City after defeating Crystal Palace in a Third Round replay.

Key Players

The squad featured notable players such as goalkeeper Asmir Begović, defenders Ryan Shawcross and Robert Huth, and midfielders Charlie Adam and Steven Nzonzi. Strikers Peter Crouch and Jonathan Walters were also key figures for the team during this vintage football season.
