During the 1991-95 period, Tottenham Hotspur navigated the transition from the First Division to becoming a founding member of the Premier League. The club experienced varied league finishes, including 15th in 1991-92 and 1993-94, and an 8th-place finish in the inaugural Premier League season of 1992-93. They also reached the FA Cup semi-finals in both 1992-93 and 1994-95, and the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup quarter-finals in 1991-92. Managers during this time included Peter Shreeves, Doug Livermore and Ray Clemence, Ossie Ardiles, and Gerry Francis.
