Season Overview

Valenciennes FC competed in Ligue 1 during the 2009-2010 season, finishing in 10th position. Under the management of Philippe Montanier, the club also participated in domestic cup competitions. They reached the Round of 64 in the Coupe de France and the Fourth Round of the Coupe de la Ligue.

Key Players

The squad featured several notable players, including Fahid Ben Khalfallah, who was a key creative force. Mamadou Samassa and Johan Audel were important attacking players for the team. Other significant contributors included Gaël Danic, Rémi Gomis, and Renaud Cohade.
