Season Overview

The 2008-09 season saw Weymouth FC compete in the Conference National, which was the fifth tier of English football. The club finished 23rd in the league standings and was relegated. Weymouth experienced financial challenges during this period. John Hollins began the season as manager, with Alan Lewer later taking over in 2008. In cup competitions, the Terras reached the Fourth Qualifying Round of the FA Cup and the First Round of the FA Trophy.
